Scope
We provide bilingual (Spanish/English) paralegal support for defense counsel and legal teams: case-file organization, document review and summarization of Spanish-language materials, chronology building, and support for client communication in Spanish — all under the direction and supervision of the attorney on the matter.
Formats
- Remote by default; on-site by arrangement.
- Hourly or per-matter engagements; work product delivered in the formats the firm requests.
Engagement model
Engagements run through the supervising attorney or firm. We do not advise clients, appear on their behalf, or perform any task reserved to licensed attorneys. Before accepting an engagement, we check for conflicts with other matters we work on.
